Terms and Conditions
By booking and contracting our travel services, the client agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These govern the relationship between the passenger (client) and Andes Elite Trek, hereinafter referred to as “the agency.”
1. Reservations
All reservations must be made through our official communication channels (website, email, WhatsApp, or in person).
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm any booking, unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking (full name, ID/passport number, nationality, medical conditions, etc.).
2. Payments
Payments may be made via bank transfer, Yape, Plin, credit/debit card, or cash.
All prices are stated in Peruvian Soles (PEN) unless otherwise specified.
Some payment methods may incur additional processing fees, which are the responsibility of the client.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or message) as early as possible.
Refund policies are as follows:
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour: 80% refund
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the tour: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour or no-shows: No refund
No refunds will be issued for early departures, delays, voluntary withdrawal, or adverse weather conditions.
4. Itinerary Changes
The agency reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel itineraries due to force majeure (weather, social unrest, natural disasters, road closures, etc.), always prioritizing group safety.
In the event of unavoidable changes, an equivalent alternative will be offered at no extra cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
Comply with established schedules and follow guide instructions.
Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
Carry a valid ID or passport and retain any tickets or entrance passes provided.
Respect local laws, the environment, and fellow travelers.
6. Agency Responsibility
Andes Elite Trek acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers (transportation, lodging, meals, etc.).
We are not responsible for accidents, losses, delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third parties.
We guarantee that all services contracted will be provided professionally, punctually, and responsibly.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that each traveler obtains personal travel insurance covering accidents, illness, cancellations, or other unforeseen events.
Personal insurance is not included in any of our packages.
