Itinerary
Día
- Morning pick-up from your hotel in Cusco in a private bus. Begin your adventure with a comfortable transfer, leaving the city behind and entering the breathtaking Andean landscapes.
- Drive to Sacsayhuaman, where horses are waiting. The horses will carry your camping equipment and provide support, allowing you to enjoy the trek with ease.
- Begin a 7-hour hike, ascending over 4,000 meters and descending to Pukamarka. Traverse high puna grasslands, potato fields, and diverse terrain, each step revealing the raw beauty of the Andes.
- Pass by Suyllo Cocha and Qori Cocha lakes. Observe Andean gulls, tropical cormorants, ducks, and other bird species, while enjoying the tranquility of these crystal-clear waters.
