Palcoyo Mountain
- 04:30 a.m. – Hotel Pickup in Cusco
Start of the journey toward the southern Sacred Valley. - 05:00 a.m. – Departure to the South of the Valley
Approximately 3-hour drive through beautiful Andean landscapes and small farming communities. - 07:30 a.m. – Breakfast in Checacupe
Stop at a local restaurant for breakfast. - 08:30 a.m. – Arrival at Palcoyo
Continue the drive to the starting point of the hike. - 09:00 a.m. – Hike to the Rainbow Mountains
Begin an easy and short hike of about 45 minutes. Along the trail, enjoy views of the three rainbow-colored mountains, the Ausangate snow-capped peak, and the striking Stone Forest. - 10:00 a.m. – Arrival at the Main Viewpoint
Free time to explore, take photos, and appreciate the natural landscape. - 11:00 a.m. – Return Hike
Walk back to the transportation. - 12:00 p.m. – Lunch in Checacupe
Stop at a local restaurant for lunch. - 1:00 p.m. – Return to Cusco
